RETURNS POLICY

1.      You must request a prior authorization number within 7 days from the date of receipt of your order. And return products within 7 days from the date is notified of the approval number. Without authorization number we can´t accept any return.
2.      Returned items must be new, not having been used and returned with all tags in perfect condition as they were sent. Shoes should be in its original box undamaged because the box is considered part of the product. We can not accept returns on shoes with soles worn or stained.
3.      To ensure we receive the items in perfect condition, we recommend sending in the same package you have received them.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

·       Ask by email (clientes@ottodisanpietro.com) or through the contact form on our website (www.ottodisanpietro.com) an authorization number.
·       You’ll receive an email with you return authorization number and instructions on how to send your items back to us. As we only send to Spain we only accept free returns from Spain (except Canary Island), from other countries we don´t cover the cost of returns.
SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs will only be refunded if the product delivered does not correspond to the order or has been delivered in poor condition.
RECEIVING A REFUND

If all goods are received correctly and on schedule to provide you can choose from a voucher or refund on the same card with which purchase was made.

EXCHANGES

We are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new piece separately.

GIFT RETURNS

If you have received an item as a gift and need to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer service.

VOUCHERS

Vouchers have no expiry date.

All items pass quality control. If you received an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
